Eighteen delegates of the Asia-Pacific Young Farmers Camp and Agrilympics (YFCA) were taken on a tour of the Radyo DZLB Ang Tinig ng Kaunlaran’s TV and Radio Facilities on 15 August 2024.
It was part of their ComDev Skills Lab facilitated by ComDev Asia, a UN-FAO-promoted regional platform facilitated by the UPLB College of Development Communication. The delegates were also welcomed by Dean Maria Stella C. Tirol.
The training aimed for the young farmer participants to have a deeper appreciation for the power of communication and be equipped with practical skills to craft compelling content for social media, websites, and more.
Prior to the ComDev Skills Lab, ComdevAsia team members from UPLB CDC also gave an orientation on live event reporting for YFCA volunteers and AV planning for all YFCA delegates.
